Building a premium van shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our expert-guided process takes you from first conversation to delivery with clarity, confidence, and zero decision fatigue.
Step 01
Start with our 5-minute quiz. Tell us about your use case, timeline, budget, and must-haves. This helps us understand exactly what you need before our first conversation.
What you’ll answer:
(Weekend trips, extended travel, seasonal adventure)
(Mountains, desert, coast, all of the above)
(Shower, full kitchen, pet-friendly features)
Step 02
Once we review your quiz, we’ll schedule a call to dig deeper into your needs. This isn’t a sales pitch—it’s a working session.
Timeline
45-60 minutes
On this call, we’ll discuss:
If we're aligned, you'll receive a deposit invoice to reserve your build slot
Step 03
This is where the magic happens. While you’re waiting for your build slot, we’re engineering your specific system.
Most builders skip this step. We spend weeks on it.
Timeline
4-8 weeks (depending on current build queue)
What we’re doing
Your involvement
Step 04
Your van enters our shop. Every system is installed to ABYC marine standards, tested thoroughly, and documented.
Timeline
8-24 weeks (depending on complexity)
Updates
Weekly photo/video updates via text or email
What we’re doing
Quality checkpoints
Step 05
Before you see your van, we put it through 200 inspection points. Every system gets tested in real-world conditions.
Our 200-point inspection includes
Documentation you’ll receive
Step 06
You’ll spend 2-3 hours with our team learning every system in your van. By the time you leave, you’ll know exactly how everything works.

Step 07
This is where most builders disappear. We’re just getting started.

If a builder can start tomorrow, it means they’re not full. And if they’re not full, you have to ask why.
We intentionally limit builds to maintain quality. You’re not waiting in line—you’re getting custom engineering time that most builders skip entirely.
You don't pick from infinite options. You describe your use case, and we engineer the optimal solution based on 36+ builds.
Most builders wing it during the build. We engineer your specific system before we touch a tool.
Every wire, every component, every connection follows ABYC marine electrical standards.
We weigh your van at multiple stages and provide documentation. Your safety depends on it.
We test everything before you see it. No surprises on delivery day.
Personal service commitment backed by 8 years of proven reliability.
We appreciate the urgency—we know you’re excited. Here’s what you need to know: if a builder can start tomorrow, it means they’re not full. And if they’re not full, you have to ask why.
We intentionally limit our builds to maintain quality. We only take on projects where we can personally oversee the engineering—the electrical routing, the weight distribution, the moisture barriers.
The good news? We use that design time productively. While you’re waiting for your build slot, we’re engineering your specific system. You’re not waiting in line. You’re getting custom engineering time that most builders skip entirely.
As much or as little as you want. Some clients visit weekly and watch the progress. Others prefer weekly photo updates and trust the process.
What we need from you: approval on major component selections, final layout walkthrough, and photo references for style preferences. Everything else is on us.
Small changes (different cabinet hardware, outlet placement) are easy. Major changes (different floor plan, upgraded battery system) require re-engineering and may affect timeline.
This is why our design phase exists—to get the big decisions right before we start cutting metal.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to visit the shop during your build. We’re in Holderness, NH. Just schedule ahead so we can give you our full attention.
You call or text a technician directly. Fast response time. Maximum resolution time: 4 weeks.
If we can’t fix it remotely or find a qualified partner near you, a technician flies to you. (It’s only happened twice in 8 years and 36 vans.)
Take the Build Planning Quiz. It’s 5 minutes and helps us understand exactly what you need.
From there, we’ll schedule a call to walk through your specific use case and show you exactly how we’d engineer your ideal van.
