3. Bookings and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Exploration Vans.

By completing a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and agree to the specific rental terms, cancellation policies, and requirements outlined at the time of booking. Exploration Vans reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at its discretion.

4. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Exploration Vans, you must:

Be at least 25 years of age (or meet any minimum age requirement specified at booking)
Hold a valid driver’s license in your state or country of residence
Meet any additional insurance or driver qualification requirements specified at the time of booking

Exploration Vans reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to releasing a vehicle.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or per the payment schedule provided. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Additional fees may apply for late returns, fuel charges, excessive mileage, cleaning, damages, or other circumstances outlined in your rental agreement. These will be communicated clearly at or prior to the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by booking type and will be clearly stated at the time of reservation. Please review your specific booking terms carefully before confirming.

Exploration Vans is not responsible for losses due to cancellations resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or natural disasters.

7. Use of Vehicles

Vehicles rented from Exploration Vans must be used in accordance with the rental agreement. You agree not to:

Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Use the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Take the vehicle outside of approved geographic zones without prior written consent
Engage in reckless driving or off-road use not permitted under your rental agreement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your rental and forfeiture of any paid fees.

8. Liability and Damages

You are responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until the time of return. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Exploration Vans shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or property damage resulting from the use of a rented vehicle. Use of our vehicles is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate personal insurance coverage for your rental period.

9. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exploration Vans and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use or misuse of a rented vehicle
Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law
Any third-party claims related to your rental or use of our services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Exploration Vans or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exploration Vans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Hampshire.
